Is JobLane for individuals or businesses?+
JobLane is built for service businesses — solo contracting businesses, growing crews, and multi-team operations. Every plan is licensed to your business for your team's use, not for personal or household use.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
Yes — all plans are paid and billed monthly. No setup fees and no contracts. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference — no calls, no contracts.
What counts as a user seat?+
Anyone who logs into the dashboard or mobile app — office staff dispatching jobs or technicians in the field. Customers receiving invoices never count as a seat.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?+
Never. Import your customers, share your booking link, and you're scheduling jobs in minutes.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep full access until the end of your billing period — your data is never deleted.
What is the booking link?+
A shareable link you send to customers (or embed on your website) where they can submit a service request 24/7. It lands directly in your Leads pipeline.
